Congratulations on your pregnancy! During this time there are so many reasons to stay active, optimising your own and your baby’s health.
It can be challenging to stay active if you have low energy, pain or are unsure what is safe. The research strongly supports the many benefits of regular exercise during your pregnancy including:
Reduced pelvic, back and neck pain
Reduced risk of gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and pre-term labour by 40%
Increase and maintain strength and fitness
Improved posture
Improved mood

Embodied Healing Yoga for Trauma
A trauma informed yoga group series to (re)connect with your body and find your way home to yourself. Led by Jen (Mental Health Clinician, Australia and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy (ANZAP), Yoga Therapist & Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator).

Elevate Classes
Our Pilates classes are led by Pelvic Health Physios who are trained in exercise for pregnancy, post-natal and pelvic floor safe options. This means you can confidently join knowing there will always be an option that will suit you.
No prior Pilates experience needed! These classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy and post-partum and all exercises have a range of options so you can work at the level that feels best for you.
Our small group classes have a maximum size of 8, so bookings are essential. Please contact us to set up your online account, then you can start classes whenever you are ready.
Classes run continuously, so you can start and stop when suits during your pregnancy and beyond. We know that its hard to fit babies into “terms”!

In this Foundation Course, you will learn Tai Chi skills to build up a firm foundation for your own personal practice.
The focus of this course is cultivating your softness, mobility, balance, relaxation , coordination and the harmony of Chi.

Mindset Transformation Workshop:
An intimate morning workshop dedicated to you and your personal growth. Deep dive into your transformation with practical tools and exercises. Harness the power of your mindset by rewiring your brain for success and developing a new level of confidence in your work and personal life.
